Founded in 1999, Zhejiang Jiuling Pencil & Brush Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and distributor of color cosmetics and stationery. The company ranks first in color cosmetics production and sales in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province.Our facility covers a total area of 34,980 m², with a building area of over 40,000 m², including a dedicated warehouse of 4,000 m². The plant features a Class 300,000 cleanroom and is equipped with more than 300 advanced cosmetic production machines across over ten production lines, delivering an annual output capacity of 300 million cosmetic units. Currently, we employ 366 staff, including over 20 skilled machine operators and 70 office personnel.Since entering the color cosmetics industry in 2005, we made a major strategic shift in 2013: transitioning from a pure export model to one that leverages international sales while focusing R&D resources on developing proprietary products tailored for the Chinese market. As a result, we have registered our own brands including “Kuazi”, “Ningxue”, and “too cool for city”.Our strong R&D capabilities are supported by modern laboratories: wood pencil development, cream/liquid development, powder product development, microbiological testing, and heavy metal testing. We are fully capable of testing the same product against different quality standards applied across various countries.Jiuling specializes in the production and sale of lipsticks, lip glosses, eyeshadows, lip balms, pressed powders, blushes, foundations, mascaras, eyeliners, and nail polishes. All raw materials are sourced from world-renowned ingredient suppliers. To ensure consistent quality, we have implemented standardized and systematic management, and have obtained ISO9001:2008, ISO22716, GMPC, and FSC certifications, along with factory audits for EU/US quality and social compliance standards.

Our factory covers 10,000 square meters with 8 automated production lines, enabling us to fulfill large-scale orders while maintaining strict quality control at every stage.
